Gut Health-Immunity Shots

This golden elixir is one health hack that everyone should take. Feeling a cold or flu coming on-take it. Allergies-take it. Overall gut health on a daily-take it!!

5 oz fresh organic ginger
5 oz fresh organic tumeric
10 each medium lemons

Instructions

Wash everything really well. We will juice with skins on.
Cut off both ends of lemon. If lemon skin is thick you can peel it or just strain at the end.
Juice tumeric. Add it to juice jug.
Juice ginger. Add it to juice jug.
Juice lemons. Add to juice jug. If it needs straining strain it as you poor into mixture.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
After 24 hours pop out of trays and into a freezer safe ziploc bag or container.

How to make daily?

Add one cube into 1 cup of boilng water.
Add in some fresh black pepper to make sure the curcumin from tumeric is absorbed by your body. You can not absorb the tumeric with the black pepper.
For extra health kick and fat burning add in some ground cayenne pepper as well.
Mix & Enjoy on an empty stomach each morning.

Notes

-If there is a lot of thick peel foam from your lemon you can strain the lemon juice through strainer before juicing in the ginger and tumeric.

-Juice the tumeric first and the lemon will remove all the stains from your juicer
