Mini Egg Protein Balls

Mini Egg Protein Balls (no bake)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
    or 1 cup quick oats for a softer texture

  • 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
    or seed butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup mini eggs, lightly crushed (use any chocloate chips)

  • 2–3 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix the oats and protein powder in a bowl.

  2. Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and milk.

  3. Stir until it forms a dough.

  4. Fold in the crushed mini eggs.

  5. Roll into about 12 balls.

  6. Chill for 20–30 minutes so they firm up.

Notes:

  • Rolled oats = chewier

  • Quick oats = softer and smoother

  • 120 calories

  • 6–8g protein

  • 12–14g carbs

  • 4–5g fat
