Mini Egg Protein Balls (no bake)
Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
or 1 cup quick oats for a softer texture -
1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
-
1/3 cup peanut butter
or seed butter -
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup mini eggs, lightly crushed (use any chocloate chips)

2–3 tbsp milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional: 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions:

Mix the oats and protein powder in a bowl.

Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and milk.

Stir until it forms a dough.

Fold in the crushed mini eggs.

Roll into about 12 balls.

Chill for 20–30 minutes so they firm up.
Notes:

Rolled oats = chewier
-
Quick oats = softer and smoother
