
Keto Energy Balls
These energy balls are an easy no-bake snack that is gauranteed to keep you feeling full and providing quick energy. Great for kids sports snack. Easy to meal prep and keep all week.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Raw cashews
- ¾ cup raw almonds
- 1 ½ cups medjool dates
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a food processor or high speed blender add your nuts and blend until crumbly. Do not over process otherwise you will end up with nut butter.
- Add yor dates and blend until thick and combined. Add the cocoa powder. Comtinue blending or pulsing, scraping down the sides if necessary to make sure it's fully mixed.
- Now lightly wet your hands and form the dough into small balls and place on lined plate. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
