
Date & Nut Roll: Low calorie sweet treat!!
A healthy and quick dessert made with a few simple ingredients you're guaranteed to have in your pantry.

Ingredients
- 50 grams Roasted nuts of your choice!
- 120 grams Dates (pitted)
- Pistachio Powder
Instructions
- Roast the nuts and chop them up in a food processor or blender.
- Now blend the dates in the food processor/blender.
- Now in a bowl mix the nuts and dates into a dough-use hands.
- Roll the dough into a long cylinder.
- Coat in the pistachio powder by rolling the log in powder. Make the powder by grinding some whole pistachios.
- Set in fridge one hour.
- Cut into pieces & enjoy.
