Two Ingredient Protein Pancakes

I don't like to use syrup for sweetness but this personal preference. If you do enjoy syrup use pure maple syrup instead of the refined syrups filled with high-fructose corn syrup. For a healthier alternative for sweetness try smothering your pancake in peanut butter and topping with frozen fruits of your choice.

 

Ingredients

  1. 1 Medium Banana
  2. 1 Whole Egg
  3. 1/4 cup of Egg Whites
  4. 1 tsp of Cinnamon

 

Instructions

1. Combine the ingredients. Make on a non-stick or cast iron frying pan as you would regular pancakes. Please, use coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil to cook with. Voila!!
