Core 100% latex. Lining 96% Cotton, 4% Spandex. More elastic feel on outside. More rugged design is not as invisible under tight and sleek clothes (because of the perforated surface (invisible under most fabrics) as the original Insta-Waist

I got this yeaaarssss ago and itÂ’s still in perfect condition. I am now on the last row of hooks and itÂ’s helped bring my waist down. I also use it to do cardio when I have extra bloating. Time to get a new one! Definitely worth getting!!

It has been a great kick start program for me. I lost all that extra water weight and donÂ’t experience any bloating anymore. I can see some changes in my body and I feel energetic.

I have learned how not to starve in order to lose weight , rather make healthy choices and eat as much as you want. This is something I can do for the rest of my life and make my future kids follow through.
