Metabolic Reset — Payment Plan Terms

Metabolic Reset — 3-Month Coaching Program: Terms of Enrollment, Payment Plan, and Refund Policy

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. By purchasing and enrolling in the Metabolic Reset program, you agree to all of the terms below.

(1) What you are purchasing. The Metabolic Reset is a digital coaching program and coaching service. It is not a physical product and nothing physical is shipped to you. All coaching, guidance, check-ins, materials, and content are delivered electronically and/or through remote personal coaching. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service that begins to be performed and delivered to you immediately upon enrollment.

(2) Payment plan. If you select the 3-month payment plan, you are enrolling in a fixed payment plan for a single program: three monthly payments of $1,000 CAD each, for a total of $3,000 CAD. Your payment method is charged $1,000 CAD at the time of enrollment and again on the same day of each of the next two months. This is a payment plan for one program. It is not a monthly membership or subscription, and cancelling it does not end your obligation to pay the full program price. You agree to complete all three payments regardless of whether or how much you use the program.

(3) Immediate access and waiver of any cooling-off period. Because this is a digital service that is delivered electronically and begins immediately, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to and performance of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any cooling-off period, right of withdrawal, or cancellation right that might otherwise apply to a distance or online purchase.

(4) All sales are final. No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to the first payment and to every payment made under the payment plan. There is no refund window of any length. You are not entitled to a refund after 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or any other period of time, and no refund, credit, or exchange will be given for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: a change of mind, deciding you no longer want the program, not using or not finishing the program, dissatisfaction with your progress or results, personal, medical, or financial circumstances, or not following the coaching provided. Coaching is a service, and results depend on individual effort and on factors outside of our control. No specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

(5) The payment plan cannot be cancelled. Enrolling in the payment plan creates a binding commitment to pay the full program price of $3,000 CAD. You may not cancel the remaining payments. If any payment fails, is reversed, or is not completed for any reason, your access to the program may be suspended or terminated, and the entire remaining balance becomes immediately due and payable. We reserve the right to pursue collection of any unpaid amount.

(6) Chargebacks. By enrolling, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any payment made under this plan. Because you receive immediate access to a digital coaching service, a chargeback started in violation of these terms is a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any such chargeback, to submit these terms and your acceptance of them as evidence of your agreement, to suspend or terminate your access, and to recover the amount owed together with any related costs.

(7) Your acknowledgement. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including that the Metabolic Reset is a non-refundable digital coaching service and that you are committing to make all three payments in full.

(8) Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or limit any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived. Where such rights apply, these terms apply to the fullest extent the law allows.
