Super healthy, gut friendly brownies. Healthy enough to have them as a breakfast option or late night sweet treat. #mealprep #healthybrownies #skinnyroti

Ingredients:

2 cups coconut milk 🥥
1/2 cup maple syrup 🍁
1/3 cup peanut butter 🥜
1 tsp vanilla extract 🌱
2 cups rolled oats 🌾
1/4 cups cocoa 🍫
1 tsp baking powder ✅
1 tbsp flax💨
Pinch of salt 🧂
1/3 cup stevia chocolate chips🍫
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (optional)
6 x 9 pan

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl. Then add dry ingredients. Mix and then add chocolate chips. Mix
2. Pour into a baking pan, and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool completely (it’s tempting 😍)
3. Enjoy! Store in the fridge, and reheat when you want to eat!

Macros:

135 Cal
20g carbs
3G protein(double if you add protein powder)
6g fat

In a blender first make ginger juice:
-2 cups ginger
-1/2 cup fresh tumeric (or tumeric powder-add later)
-2 cups water

Strain and add the following to ginger juice:

-juice of 1 lemon 🍋
-juice of 1 orange 🍊
-1 tsp tumeric powder (if not adding fresh turmeric)
-1 tsp honey 🍯
