1. First check your nutrition. It could be a food sensitivity. Keeping a food diary for a few days you will find any patterns and then eliminate suspect food and see if this helps.

2. Taking a good digestive enzyme with meals will help.

3. Be mindful of your overall gut health and take a good probiotic daily.
.
4. Increase your daily water intake👉🏽💯 99% of my clients and I’d say most adults are dehydrated. When your body only has enough water for basic survival it will hold water and unfortunately that’s usually seen in our stomach, thighs, and glutes.

5. Watch your fibre count. Very hard on some people’s digestive tract.
.
6. Eat smaller meals.
.
7. Drinking peppermint tea will help calm your stomach and gas. I love a cup after my last meal.
.
8. Dandelion root tea is actually a natural diuretic it will help your body start shedding some water BUT only if you drink more water throughout the day.
.
9. Epson salt bath not only helps with belly bloat but will help draw out water retention all over your body.
.
10. If you’re constipated or irregular get your bowel movements in check. There should be no reason for this.
.
I get asked so frequently how to drop weight quickly. This is the worst mentality but that’s another post. The only weight you can drop quickly is water weight. It’s not starving yourself but using the above methods daily to cut the extra water your body is holding.
