Are you having trouble losing weight? No matter what you try you cannot lose the fat in your stomach? It is not your fault, its not because you are aging, and its not your metabolism. The problem could be in your hormones.
Over 30 published studies performed at the Virginia Medical School have shown that ChirositolTM, a nutrient derived from carob, is an effective supplement for insulin-resistant conditions including weight gain, metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes, as well as for excess androgen (male hormone)-related concerns such as PCOS, acne and male facial hair growth in women. - Lorna Vanderhaeghe
There is a connection between the loss of our waist and gain of stomach fat and our changing hormones.
The main hormone involved in the development of belly fat is insulin. Insulin is a powerful hormone that, when in excess, also causes an elevation in male hormones, particularly testosterone. Excess male hormones can cause male facial hair growth, acne and PCOS in women. Elevated insulin and blood sugar further leads to weight gain, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, diabetes and especially belly fat. An early sign of pre-diabetes is skin tags due to higher-than-normal blood sugar and insulin. ChirositolTM normalizes insulin and blood sugar levels, thereby assisting with all of the above conditions.
There are many supplements that will help you to lose weight and improve your health naturally. But nothing works unless you do. You have to take care of your health first, because without health everything else has no value. Hi harj i ve been working out 7 days a werk i was 185lbs after birth of my 3rd baby im 147 now but i hve trouble loosin belly fat now im vegetarian n i eat clean do u any advise fir me tia
Hi Harj I have been working out 4-5 times a week my target is burning 700 calories on cardio and weiggt train. I weighed 197 after giving birth and after working out hard and watching what I eat I weigh 203 lbs. this has been very discouraging. I eat about 11-1400 calories with mostly protein any suggestions ??
Im not sure about your training and diet but it seems like you are on the right track. You ever hear that muscle weights more than fat? In order to get leaner looking and putting on muscle to replace fat you will gain pounds on the scale. Thats why I never weigh myself and tell all my clients the same. Instead measure inches and I can guaranty you’ve lost inches-waist, hips and thighs, Go by that. I’m sure I weigh at least 10-15lbs pounds more now than I did when I was “fat” but I look half the size. Don’t be discouraged, changes will show up, it doesn’t happen over night.
